Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of payment and return of signed rental agreement. A deposit of full room rate in advance is required. For cancellation received within 30days of reservation, monies (less 25% handling charge) will be refunded only if the cottage is rebooked.- Visa, MasterCard & Personal checks accepted
- The Cottage is a Non-Smoking home. Please restrict smoking to outside areas in consideration of future guests.
- Check in after 4 P.M. or by prior arrangement; check out by 11 A.M.

- Based on two person occupancy
- Cottage can accomodate up to 4 people. There will be an additional charge of $25 per person per night.
- Small pets by arrangement with additional charge of $20 per night and $100 refundable security deposit.
- Cleaning fee applicable.
